President, Haripur Sandoli Gram Sudhar Sabha; General Secretary: i) NSUI, 1993-95, ii) State Youth Congress, 2003, iii) Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee, 2008-2018; Chairman, Zila Parishad, Distt. Solan, 2006-2011; and Vice President, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee, since 2018.
Elected to the State Legislative Assembly in 2012; Member: i) General Development & Subordinate Legislation Committees, 2014 and Estimates & Human Development Committees, 2016-2017.
Re-elected to the State Legislative Assembly in December, 2022; and appointed as Chief Parliamentary Secretary (Attached with Chief Minister, Industries Minister and Revenue Minister for TCP Department, Industries Department and Revenue Department respectively) on 8th January, 2023.
Social and Culture Activities: Time to time contributes for medical expenses of needy people & marriage of girls belonging to poor families; during Covid-19 distributed grocery items and medicines/injections for five thousand people at their doorsteps; during the lockdown also helped migrants to reach their hometown i.e. from Baddi to Raebareli by providing free transportation facility.
Favorite Pastime: Reading and gardening.
